Mexican Independence Day — Día de la Independencia — marks the night in 1810 when Miguel Hidalgo's Grito de Dolores set Mexico's fight for independence in motion. Today it's celebrated with parades, music, fireworks, and tables full of food. At Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar, it's celebrated the way we do every night — just louder.
